Pacific-Shore is a household goods grocery store located in Hong Kong. The owner hopes to take care of the daily needs of each customer, add special and delicate colors to each customer's home, and bring warmth to the guests.

Return arrangement
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless otherwise stated. Please read the return or exchange policy specified by the supplier carefully before ordering.
- Depending on the return or exchange policy of the individual supplier, if the product you ordered is defective, faulty or damaged through no fault of yours, or if the product is not what you ordered, or if the incorrect quantity was delivered, you may return within 7 days Returns or exchanges within the date received, but only if:
- Return policy applies;
- the Goods are unused and in their original sale condition, together with all parts and accessories accompanying the Goods, including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags and boxes;
- the packaging of the goods must be in the condition in which they are delivered to you; and
- Return or exchange requests are notified to this site by email and the goods are returned to the supplier by means of free collection by us at the delivery address within the period specified by the supplier.
- The product images displayed on this website may not be exactly the same as the product descriptions and are for reference only. The customer has no right to request a return on the grounds that the product does not correspond exactly to its online image.
- We do not assume any responsibility or liability for any opinions or information given on products displayed on this site; nor do we accept any liability for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in any such information.
- If this website cancels the order you have paid for, the deducted amount will be refunded to the customer's account within 30 days.
- You agree and accept that product replacements are subject to stock availability.
- You agree and accept that Supplier may, at its sole discretion, accept returns or exchange Goods. Under no circumstances will we accept direct returns to us and will not be liable to you for any damages incurred for any reason.
- The site's liability for any delivered product is limited to the above refund or replacement, but does not include any other compensation.
- In case of any dispute, this website reserves the right of final decision.
